My Philosophy

I do not believe people are “broken.” Often, what we call symptoms are intelligent adaptations to overwhelming experiences, unmet needs, disconnection, grief, trauma, or living too long disconnected from one’s authentic self.
Healing is not about becoming someone new. It is about gently uncovering the parts of ourselves that were buried beneath
survival. Between the Be-ing and the Becoming. I believe healing exists within the sacred space between Be-ing and Be-coming. It asks us to compassionately honor all parts of ourselves — the light and the shadow, the whole and the incomplete, the wounded and the wise — while also recognizing our innate human capacity for growth, transformation, and evolution. We either grow through change or remain stagnant in repeating patterns that keep us feeling lost and disconnected.

I am committed to creating an affirming, inclusive, and compassionate space for individuals of all identities, backgrounds, spiritual paths, relationship structures, and lived experiences, including members of the LGBTQIA+/ BIPOC communities, neurodivergent (“neuro-spicy”) individuals, and others who have often felt marginalized, unseen, misunderstood, or disenfranchised within traditional systems of care.

I believe therapy can be both evidence-based and sacred.
Both grounded and intuitive.
Both clinical and creative.
